Who are our customers?

You must be a representative of a school, church, with a 4H group, Boy Scouts, Girl Scouts, or other youth organization able to provide proof of tax exempt status to purchase from Teaberry Hill Woodworks. In addition to this, you will be required to upload a PDF to demonstrate your tax exempt status for your organization. This must be done prior to submitting an order. Since prices are so low, items we sell are not intended for resell.

Where do we ship?

Nationwide. If your shipping address is within the state of Virginia, we deliver all products, which may include FedEx at times. For those outside the state of Virginia, we ship select products via FedEx within the continental United States. Once you create your account and log in, we will display only the products available for shipping to you.

Payment

If your organization's shipping address is within the state of Virginia, has been extended terms, and submits a Purchase Order Number with your order, you will receive a bill upon delivery identifying the Purchase Order Number you provided when you placed your order. Your payment will be due within 60 days. For those outside the state of Virginia, we require payment in full prior to shipping. We do not accept credit cards or personal checks at this time. We are happy to accept business checks tied to your organization.
